Stock Profile

Craigdale Housing Association was established 5th December 1988. The Association currently has a stock base of 369 properties which will increase in September 2022 when our first new build since 2007 comes off site. Which will increase our stock to 405.

The Association's stock is made up of many different house sizes which range between one and seven apartment properties all of which have central heating and double glazing.

The vast majority of our vacancies are within tenement properties however we do have a small turnover of main door properties. The Areas we cover are detailed below:
