Your Rent

Rent is the main form of income that the Association has. This income pays for the reactive repairs service e.g. leaks, electrical faults, cyclical maintenance e.g. gutter cleaning, external painting and major improvements e.g. bathroom replacements, kitchen renewals and for all other services that the Association provides. This includes the stair cleaning service, back court and common area maintenance, letting homes, dealing with anti-social behaviour and administration.

Rents are reviewed annually, and tenant's consultation takes place in November, each year. A consultation letter and form is issued to all tenants for their feedback on the proposed rent increase and is then presented to the Board for discussion and approval.
