Procurement

We aim to provide the highest possible standards of service whilst keeping rents affordable: this means that we are committed to delivering value for money across all of our activities – particularly keeping costs low through effective procurement.

As we are a Registered Social Landlord, we are required to follow Scottish Government guidelines for procurement by public bodies. Should our high value contracts for works and services exceed the threshold for EU procurement, we will utilise procurement processes which are compliant with the European Commission legislation.

We will advertise all of our opportunities with a contract value of over £30,000 on the Scottish Government’s Public Contracts Scotland website and we encourage prospective contractors or suppliers to sign up to receive notifications about any contract opportunities.

If your company is interested in tendering for any of our contracts, Register with the Scottish Government’s Public Contracts Scotland website. Email alerts can be created to notify you when a new tender opportunity is added.
