Des Phee - Chairperson

Des joined the Board on 26th November 2018 and was appointed as Chairperson on 15th September 2022.

Des has worked for several national and community-based housing associations and is currently employed in a Corporate Compliance role. His previous work experience includes roles in housing management, policy, performance, equality and diversity and governance. Des is currently joint-Chair of the RSL Complaints Network run in conjunction with the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman and incorporating housing association and local authority landlord’s members from throughout Scotland. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
