Fair Work First Statement

Craigdale are committed to advancing the Fair Work First criteria.  All of our staff and our Contractors' staff are paid at least the Scottish Living Wage.  Craigdale recognises Trade Unions, invests in our workforce and have taken action to address the gender pay gap. We also offer flexible working practices from day one of a person's employment with the Association.
