Maryam Idris – Board Member

Maryam joined the Board in 4th September 2025

Maryam has experience in data, performance, and reporting within social housing . She works as a Performance Analyst for a community-controlled Housing Association, supporting senior managers and Board members with performance insight, and regulatory reporting.

Alongside her employed role, Maryam is Data & AI Strategist and Co-Founder of Data Habitat, supporting social purpose organisations to improve performance management and governance through better use of data.

She joined the Board to make a positive contribution to the organisation and is committed to supporting improved services and outcomes for tenants and the local community.

Maryam has the following qualifications and professional credentials:

• BSc Accounting

• Diploma in AI and Data Science

• Microsoft Certified Data Analyst

• IIBA Certified Business Analyst
