Craigdale Housing Association has an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join the Association’s Board where you will help us make important decisions about budgets, performance, and risk, while promoting strong governance and our core values.

We’re inviting applications from individuals with a broad range of skills and backgrounds, and would particularly welcome those with experience in one or more of the following areas, although by no means a requirement:

• Housing Management
• Finance
• Health & Safety Compliance
• Human Resources
• Wider Role
• Senior Officer expertise
• Audit & Risk Management

There is no requirement to have had any previous Board experience - what is important is that you are passionate about making a difference and want to contribute to the success of Craigdale Housing Association. It is important to attract people who can be objective, accountable and demonstrate leadership and integrity while committing to the values of the Association in a governance capacity. All Boad Members will adhere to a Code of Conduct for Governing Body Members.
